You already know AI is a thing. The question is what to do about it.

AI is here. Some of it's hype. Some of it can genuinely free up 10+ hours of your week and give your business an edge that didn't exist two years ago. But figuring out which part applies to your business? That's where most owners get stuck.

The research trap

You watch YouTube videos. You read blog posts that were clearly written by AI. You test a tool that promises the world and gives you a slightly better autocomplete. If you haven't already burned a dozen hours going in circles, you're about to. And even when you find something promising, the next question is always "okay, but how do I actually set this up for my business?"

It's not as technical as it looks

You don't need to understand machine learning. You don't need to hire a developer. You need someone who's done this with dozens of businesses to sit across from you, look at how yours actually runs, and say "here — start here." That's what this morning is.

"AI has a way of feeling scary and intimidating. Austin is able to talk about it in a way that makes you feel confident about what's next." — Robert Greathouse, Referrals on Demand Marketing

Hey, I'm Austin.

I build software and AI systems for businesses. Not in a "I read about it online" way — I build the actual tools. Custom internal systems, AI-powered workflows, production software. That's my day job.

But here's what I kept noticing after working with 25+ Nashville business owners: they aren't behind because they're not smart enough or not technical enough. They're behind because nobody's explained this stuff in a way that connects to how they actually run their business. Every resource out there is either too basic ("ChatGPT can write emails!") or too technical to be useful.

I'm not going to sell you software. I'm not going to tell you AI will solve all your problems. I'm going to help you find the three or four places where it'll make a real difference — and show you exactly how to get started.

Leave with a plan, not a lecture.

This isn't a webinar. It's not a sales pitch for software. It's a working session where we roll up our sleeves and figure out exactly where AI fits in your business — and what to do about it.

Here's what happens

We dig into your actual workflows, not hypotheticals. You'll identify the AI opportunities that matter most for your business, prioritize them, and I'll personally build your step-by-step roadmap in the week after.

Sort the signal from the noise

Figure out which tasks are worth automating and which ones should stay human — because that's where your edge is.

Work through it with other owners

You're not alone in a room with a presenter. You're collaborating with a small group of business owners and their key people, all tackling the same questions.

Your agenda, not mine

Every workshop is tailored to whoever's in the room. No two are the same. You set the direction.

"Honestly it was a perfect workshop. Engaging without any awkward silences when people don't know what to share. One of the most practical workshops I've been to." — Jason Baker, Music City Audiology

One morning in the room. One roadmap built just for you.

Discover and prioritize

Bring your laptop and your questions. We look at your business together and figure out where AI fits.

Walk out with guides in hand

You walk out with four guides: The AI Toolkit, the Prompting Guide, the Security Checklist, and The People Side of AI. Start that afternoon.

Get your personal AI Roadmap

The following week, I build a custom AI Roadmap for your business and we walk through it together one-on-one.

"The tailored roadmap was 1000% more than what I expected to get out of the workshop." — Yuanrun "Z" Zhen, Owner, SoHo Gallery

Most workshops send you home with notes. This one builds you a playbook.

Here's what usually happens after an AI workshop: you take some notes, screenshot a few slides, go home excited. Two weeks later, the notebook's buried and nothing's changed.

Your AI Roadmap is a different kind of deliverable. It's a custom implementation guide I build by hand the week after the workshop, based on the priorities you set in the room. If you hired a consultant to audit your workflows and hand you a custom implementation plan like this, you'd pay $3,000+ for that deliverable alone. It's built into your ticket.

And then we hop on the phone. Thirty minutes, just you and me, to walk through anything that came up — questions about the roadmap, the tools, your team. Whatever you need.

Every roadmap is different because every business is different. Here's what a few of them looked like:

Marketing Agency

  • Connect Klaviyo + Trello to Claude
  • Content atomization for client social media
  • Voice-first copywriting workflow
  • Automated outreach for new clients

Mobile Audiology Practice

  • Set up Claude with full business context
  • Build a social media content system
  • Connect Google Calendar + Gmail to Claude
  • Build a drive-time-aware scheduling assistant

Sneaker Retail Store

  • Connect Lightspeed POS to Claude
  • Build an SMS customer system
  • Put bookkeeping on autopilot
  • Weekly sneaker trend research briefings

Leadership Speaker & Coach

  • Turn keynotes into a content engine
  • Connect Go High Level CRM to Claude
  • Build a keynote brain with NotebookLM
  • Automate coaching session notes
"I'd dabbled with AI before and thought we couldn't get much out of it since we have a pretty niche business. But Austin has been showing us ways we can work it into our existing processes without investing a ton of time. We were booking more calls after one week." — Zach Beaston, Barndo Kit Co

$399 for a morning that pays for itself.

A hands-on morning to find your highest-impact AI opportunities. Four guides you take home that day — including how to bring your team along. And then I personally build your AI Roadmap the following week: a step-by-step implementation plan based on your priorities, plus a one-on-one session to walk through it together.

If we identify just one workflow that saves you 5+ hours a week, that's 250+ hours back this year. At your hourly rate, this pays for itself before the month is over. This is the lowest price these workshops will ever be — future sessions will cost more.

Register by March 27 and pay $299 instead of $399. Same workshop, same everything — just a reward for planning ahead.

Common Questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use Google and send an email, you have all the skills you need. Seriously. I'll handle the technical translation.

I've tried ChatGPT and didn't see the point. Will this be different?

That's actually the most common thing I hear. The gap between "I typed something into ChatGPT" and "AI is saving me 10 hours a week" is knowing what to ask it to do and how to set it up for your specific business. That's exactly what I'll provide.

What size business is this for?

If you have somewhere between 1 and 25 employees and feel like AI might help but you're not sure where, this is built for you.

Can I send someone from my team instead of going myself?

Absolutely. A lot of owners send their ops person, office manager, or whoever's going to actually run this stuff day to day. The roadmap is built for your business either way. Some owners come with their person so you're both on the same page from day one.

Are you going to tell me to replace my team with AI?

No. Your team is your biggest advantage. We'll talk about how to make them faster, free them up from the repetitive stuff, and let them focus on the work that is uniquely human. The businesses getting the most out of AI aren't replacing people. They're giving their people better tools.

Is this a pitch for your software services?

No. The workshop and your roadmap stand on their own. You'll leave with a plan you can execute yourself, and the roadmap I build for you the following week gives you the step-by-step to do it. If you want help implementing down the road, that option exists — but most people don't need it.

Is my AI Roadmap going to be AI slop?

I use AI to help write it — I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't. But every recommendation is personally reviewed, validated, and tested by me before you see it. Your business is too specific for a ChatGPT dump.

What's actually in the roadmap?

Your top opportunities laid out in order, each with step-by-step instructions — go here, create this account, prompt it this way, connect it to your existing workflow. If I recommend a tool, I tell you why it fits your situation, what it costs, and whether there's a free option that gets the job done. No jargon. No filler. You could hand it to someone on your team and they could follow it without calling you.

What if AI doesn't really apply to my business?

82% of businesses with fewer than 5 employees believe AI isn't applicable to them. After sitting down with 25+ businesses across different industries, I can tell you most of them are wrong — they just haven't seen it applied to their specific situation yet. If we genuinely can't find anything useful, I'll tell you that — and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.

How many people are in each session?

Maximum 12 people. Intentionally small. This isn't a conference. You'll get individual attention and have time to work through your specific business.

Is $399 worth it?

You're getting a hands-on workshop, four guides to take home that day, a personally-built AI Roadmap delivered the following week, and a one-on-one session to answer your questions about it. Do the math on what even a few hours a week back is worth to you over a year — it's not close. (And if you register by March 27, it's $299.) Prices go up after this session.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop and an open mind. That's it.

One morning. A real plan. No more guessing.

You've been thinking about this. You know AI is changing things. You just haven't had someone show you what it means for your business specifically. This is that morning.

Early bird pricing ends March 27. 10 seats. Once they're gone, they're gone.
